As a Business Developer at RigRex Pvt Ltd, you play a crucial role in driving the companys growth through the identification and engagement of potential clients. Your expertise in lead generation, prospecting tools, and strategic outreach will be vital in establishing strong partnerships and enhancing the companys market presence. You will work independently rather than managing a team, allowing you to focus your efforts on developing innovative strategies for client acquisition and nurturing. Your skills in CRM management and performance analytics ensure that every outreach campaign is not just effective but continually optimized for better results. Your role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities to support RigRexs objectives in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients using sales prospecting tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Upwork.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to define and target ideal customer profiles.
  • Develop and manage multi-stage email outreach sequences utilizing email automation platforms, ensuring messages are tailored for effectiveness.
  • Continuously assess and optimize email campaigns based on key performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, including HubSpot, Go High Level, or Salesforce, to streamline data flow and client interactions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance decision-making and performance.
  • Customize Upwork profiles and proposals to maximize visibility and increase the likelihood of conversion, using strategic positioning techniques.
  • Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and metrics throughout the sales funnel to devise data-driven strategies for lead nurturing and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment in messaging, outreach strategies, and overall business development efforts.
  • Contribute valuable insights during brainstorming sessions to formulate and execute new business development strategies designed to advance RigRexs goals.
