These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of rigrex.com and your purchase or use of services provided by Rigrex (“Rigrex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Rigrex is a service-based business that provides software development, product engineering, automation, AI, cloud, dedicated team, staff augmentation, consulting, and related technology services.

These Terms apply to website visitors, prospective clients, and clients who purchase or use our services.

By accessing our website, contacting us, requesting a proposal, signing an agreement, making payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services provided by rigRex

Rigrex provides technology and software-related services, which may include:

  • Dedicated Teams
  • SaaS Products
  • Workflow Automation
  • DevOps Engineering
  • MVP Development
  • Mobile Development
  • Web Platforms

The exact services, scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, and responsibilities will be defined in a proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice, email confirmation, or written agreement between Rigrex and the client.

2. service engagements

A client engagement begins when the client accepts a proposal, signs an agreement, approves a statement of work, makes a payment, or otherwise confirms in writing that Rigrex should begin work.

Rigrex is not required to begin work until agreed payment, access, project details, and required materials have been provided.

Any changes to the agreed scope may require additional time, cost, or written approval.

3. main client acknowledgment

By purchasing services from Rigrex, you acknowledge and agree that Rigrex is being engaged as a service provider to perform software, product, engineering, automation, design, support, or related work for your business.

You understand that the services may be performed by Rigrex’s internal team, contractors, or authorized personnel under Rigrex’s management.

4. work performed by our team in pakistan

Rigrex’s delivery team may include developers, engineers, designers, QA specialists, project managers, DevOps engineers, automation specialists, AI engineers, and other authorized personnel located in Pakistan.

By purchasing services from Rigrex, entering into an agreement with Rigrex, providing access to your systems, or sharing project information with us, you expressly acknowledge and agree that some or all of the work may be performed by Rigrex’s authorized team in Pakistan.

You further agree that work being performed by Rigrex’s authorized team in Pakistan does not constitute a breach of any Non-Disclosure Agreement, confidentiality agreement, client agreement, or service agreement, provided the work is performed within the scope of the terms agreed between Rigrex and the client.

Rigrex will remain responsible for ensuring that its authorized personnel handle client information in accordance with applicable confidentiality obligations and agreed project terms.

5. confidentiality

During the course of providing services, Rigrex may receive access to confidential client information, including:

  • Business ideas
  • Product concepts
  • Source code
  • Technical documentation
  • Customer data
  • Designs
  • Credentials
  • APIs
  • Financial information
  • Internal workflows
  • Trade secrets
  • Private business communications

Rigrex will use confidential information only for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

If a separate NDA or confidentiality agreement is signed, that agreement will apply. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed NDA, the signed NDA will control, except that the client acknowledges that authorized Rigrex team members in Pakistan may access confidential information as needed to perform the services, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.

6. client responsiblities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Provide necessary access to tools, accounts, repositories, hosting, APIs, and systems
  • Ensure they have the legal right to share all materials, data, code, and content with Rigrex
  • Maintain backups of important systems and data
  • Review deliverables within the agreed timeframe
  • Pay invoices on time
  • Communicate any security, compliance, or confidentiality requirements before work begins

Rigrex is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late feedback, lack of access, third-party issues, or changes in client requirements.

7. project scope & changes

The project scope will be based on the agreed proposal, statement of work, or written communication.

Any work outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require a separate estimate, timeline, or payment.

Examples of additional work may include:

  • New features
  • Major design changes
  • Additional integrations
  • Revisions beyond the agreed limit
  • Changes after approval
  • Urgent requests
  • Additional meetings or documentation
  • Support after project completion

8. timelines & delivery

Rigrex will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.

However, timelines may change due to:

  • Changes in scope
  • Delayed client feedback
  • Delayed access or materials
  • Third-party service issues
  • Technical complexity
  • Client-side dependencies
  • Bugs, testing requirements, or security concer
  • Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control

Unless expressly agreed in writing, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.

9. fees & payments

Fees and payment terms will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, agreement, or statement of work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
  • Work may be paused for late or missed payments
  • Paid amounts may be non-refundable for completed work, reserved team capacity, planning, consulting, or resources already allocated
  • Additional work will require additional payment
  • The client is responsible for taxes, bank charges, payment processing fees, and third-party costs

Rigrex may suspend services if payment is overdue.

10. ownership of deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final custom deliverables created specifically for the client transfers to the client after full payment has been received.

Rigrex retains ownership of:

  • Pre-existing code
  • Internal tools
  • Reusable components
  • Frameworks
  • Libraries
  • Templates
  • Processes
  • General know-how
  • Skills and experience
  • Non-client-specific methods or solutions

Third-party tools, plugins, APIs, libraries, platforms, and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

11. access to client systems

The client may provide Rigrex with access to systems, servers, hosting accounts, repositories, third-party tools, dashboards, databases, APIs, or other platforms.

Rigrex will use such access only to perform the agreed services.

The client is responsible for granting appropriate access levels and revoking access after the engagement ends, unless otherwise agreed.

Rigrex is not responsible for pre-existing issues, third-party security failures, compromised client credentials, or unauthorized access not caused by Rigrex.

12. third-party tools & services

Projects may depend on third-party tools such as hosting providers, cloud platforms, APIs, payment gateways, analytics tools, AI platforms, plugins, frameworks, or software libraries.

Rigrex is not responsible for:

  • Third-party downtime
  • Pricing changes
  • API changes
  • Policy changes
  • Security incidents caused by third parties
  • Service limitations
  • Account suspensions
  • Data loss caused by third-party platforms

The client is responsible for maintaining required accounts, licenses, subscriptions, and approvals.

13. testing, approval, & revisions

Rigrex may submit work for client review, testing, and approval.

The client is responsible for reviewing deliverables and reporting issues within the agreed review period.I

f no review period is specified, deliverables may be considered accepted if the client does not report material issues within a reasonable time after delivery.

Revisions are limited to the agreed scope. New requests, changes in direction, or additional features may require additional payment.

14. maintenance & support

Maintenance, support, bug fixes, monitoring, updates, or post-launch assistance are provided only if included in the agreed scope or purchased separately.

Unless otherwise agreed, Rigrex is not responsible for ongoing support after project completion.

15. potfolio & marketing use

Unless prohibited by written agreement, Rigrex may mention the client’s name, logo, project type, general description, and non-confidential results in its portfolio, website, proposals, presentations, or marketing materials.

Rigrex will not disclose confidential information, private code, sensitive business data, credentials, or proprietary technical details without permission.

16. non-solicitation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client agrees not to directly hire, solicit, contract with, or engage any Rigrex employee, contractor, developer, designer, engineer, project manager, or team member who worked on or was introduced through the client’s project.

This restriction applies during the engagement and for twelve months after the engagement ends.Any direct hiring or engagement must be approved by Rigrex in writing.

17. website use for normal users

Normal website users may browse rigrex.com for informational purposes.

Users must not:

  • Copy or misuse website content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Scrape, duplicate, or commercially exploit website content without permission

Rigrex may restrict access to the website if misuse is suspected.

18. no guaranteed business results

Rigrex provides technical services and professional support, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

We do not guarantee:

  • Revenue growth
  • Funding success
  • User acquisition
  • Search engine ranking
  • Marketplace approval
  • Investor interest
  • Product-market fit
  • Profitability
  • Specific performance metrics unless expressly agreed in writing

19. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigrex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, customers, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rigrex’s total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid by the client to Rigrex for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

20. termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement according to the applicable agreement.

Rigrex may suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client fails to pay on time
  • The client fails to provide required access or information
  • The client requests unlawful, harmful, or unethical work
  • The client breaches confidentiality or these Terms
  • Continuing the project creates legal, security, or operational risk

Termination does not remove the client’s obligation to pay for completed work, reserved capacity, third-party costs, or approved work in progress.

21. governing agreement

If the client signs a separate agreement, NDA, statement of work, or master services agreement with Rigrex, that written agreement will apply to the specific engagement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will generally control.

However, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the client acknowledges that Rigrex may use authorized team members located in Pakistan to perform the agreed services.

22. updated to these terms

Rigrex may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
